*INDEPENDENCE 61st ANNIVERSARY MESSAGE* *FROM* *EDO-OKPA* *UNITY FORUM WORLDWIDE* 

Today, we join all Nigerians to celebrate our independent day. 

The global pandemic, the difficult economic situation and insecurity we currently face, may seem threatening to the fabric of our nation, but if we unite and ignite our indomitable Nigerian spirit, we shall overcome and emerge as the victorious people that we are.

Let all our politicians rise to the great task of building social trust between the people and the nation. By so doing, we can have peace and stability in our country. 

At Edo-Okpa Unity Forum worldwide a registered NGO dedicated to members welfare and good governance in Edo State we are playing our part as regards the insecurity challenges in Edo State by supporting the local vigilantes financially in Esanland, the less privileged especially the Widows in the five local governments in Esanland and members in distress. 

On October 16th we will be launching our Benin Chapter to be able to cover the whole of Edo State and deepening our Esan Developmental Agenda to ultimately produce Esan man for Governor 2024.
